## Tickets and Box Office

All ticket purchases are handled through SquadUp (online, 24/7) or in person at the Cactus box office. Availability is real-time. Only tickets purchased through the official website or the box office are guaranteed; third-party resale tickets may be refused.

## Ticket Policy

All sales are final. The ticketing system and contractual obligations to performers do not permit exchanges, refunds, or credit toward future shows for unused tickets.

Large parking lots are available behind the theater and at 19th Street & Texas Avenue, connected to the building by a sidewalk on the south side.

Cactus Theater is a historic performing arts venue in the Depot District of Lubbock, Texas. Originally opened in 1938 as the city's first suburban neighborhood movie theater, it was refurbished and reopened in 1995 as a live performance and film venue. It retains its original balcony and historic character, with a full stage, modern seating, and in-house sound and lighting. Today it hosts live concerts, touring performers, local artists, tribute acts, jazz orchestras, theatrical productions, classic film screenings, and special events throughout the year, and is widely regarded as the premier live music venue in West Texas.
