The Cactus audience knows Joel Guzman as the exciting and creative accordion giant who sometimes comes with Joe Ely for his duo concerts. He brings a level of excitement and magic to Joe’s performances that only Joel can bring!  Joel and singer/songwriter Sarah Fox are one of the most prolific and influential duos in Central and South Texas. Sarah is an accomplished bi-lingual singer and songwriter who began writing at the age of nine. Their field of musical expertise runs the gamut from Alt. of musical expertise runs the gamut from Alt. Country to Texas Conjunto and everything in between. Together and separately they have collaborated and performed with a galaxy of top stars including the late Stephen Bruton, Kris Kristofferson, Bonnie Raitt, Freddy Fender, Flaco Jimenez, Los Super Seven, Buddy Miller, Ricki Lee Jones, Joe Ely, and Los Lobos.
