TICKETS
Tickets to all Cactus events are sold through our Box Office which is located at 1812 Buddy Holly Ave, in Lubbock. Tues-Fri 3:00-5:30 pm and typically one hour before Saturday and Sunday performance dates. You may order by phone by calling 806.762.3233 - or - visit our website anytime, 24/7 at cactustheater.com. It is highly recommended to get advance tickets as many of our shows sell out quickly.   
IMPORTANT NOTE! ONLY BUY TICKETS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND OFFICIAL TICKET PROVIDER, EVENTBRITE, OR IN PERSON AT THE CACTUS BOX OFFICE. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY OF TICKETS SOLD BY THIRD-PARTY TICKET SELLERS AND TICKETS BOUGHT THIS WAY MAY BE FRAUDULENT AND THEREFORE REFUSED UPON PRESENTATION!

SEATING
Reserved seats are required for virtually all Cactus events - the exception generally being our occasional film screenings. The theater has a total of 383 seats split between the floor and balcony levels. We welcome large groups and do our best to seat everyone together with plenty of advance notice. 

PARKING
Parking is available in front of the theater along Buddy Holly Avenue. Triple J Chophouse also allows Cactus patrons to park in their lot - directly across the street from the theater - as many eat there before a show.  Additional Cactus parking lots are located behind the theater at the corner of 19th Street & Texas Avenue. Park in the large lots, walk through the wooden gate, across the short stretch of alley and down our lighted, wide breezeway to the front of the theater entrance.
