Ross Raedeke | Musician

Ross Raedeke was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. While he got his start by playing guitar in 2007, he discovered his voice in 7th grade choir class, where his mentor ignited his passion for music. It was from there that this passion and the pursuit of knowledge expanded into multiple instruments and a diverse range of genres. Throughout high school his search for music only grew. Ross enjoyed a spot in the varsity orchestra as their first chair cellist, a position as the choir president, and the captainship of the national championship Zero Robotics team. It was also here that he discovered his profound love for the bass guitar, and dedicated his life to music. Now entering college, Ross can be seen playing bass all around town, and learning from everyone he crosses paths with. His influences include Jaco Pastorius, John Paul Jones, Nathan East, James Jamerson, Billy Sheehan, and Sting. Off the stage, Ross can be found watching movies, making cheesy puns, and spending time with his friends and family.
