NEW LOCATION! - SOUNDS OF WEST TEXAS COMES TO THE CACTUS - SEPTEMBER 24!

The theme for this FIRST EVER staging of this popular show at the Cactus Theater is "Signature Songs" - performed by talented musicians from Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains.   The songs performed will be classics of several different genres of music:  Classic Country,  Soft Rock,  Folk, Pop Nostalgia, and Gospel.  This is a truly unique show because it features not only a wide variety of music - but the audience can win door prizes from local businesses - and some of the performers sing fun "jingles" for a few of the area businesses that sponsor....creating a fun, interactive time for all!  

Something you can always count on in any Sounds of West Texas concert is fantastic local talent; a variety of some of the best songs ever written; a fabulous band; and a fun time for the whole family!  Featured performers will be:  Larry Allen, Steve Burrus, Lesley Carraway, Mike Carraway, Rian Castillo, Kaci (Keltz) Brice, Ray Espinoza, Mike Huffman, Richard Houston, Hannah Jackson, Darryl Lippe, Donnetta Lippe, Donnie Martin, Johnny Richardson, Betty Smith, Brent Smith, Keith Smith, Mark Wallney, and Terry Westbrook.  Emcee for the show will be Darryl Holland, new owner of the Cactus Theater.

Reserved tickets for this show are only $20 on the floor; standard balcony seats $15.
