Our beloved Johannes Bjerregaard, the Music Director and keyboardist for Caldwell Collective, is fighting Colon Cancer starts chemotherapy in his home country of Denmark on October 1st.

The Cactus Theater and the West Texas music community and his friends have come together to present a benefit concert at the Cactus Theater Sunday October 14th at 7:00 PM. The ticket price is $25 per person.

There will be a silent and live auction of wonderful items to provide an additional source of income for Johannes and his family. The show will feature performances by Amber Pennington Bjerregaard, Jay Boy Adams, Zenobia, Will Banister, John Sprott, Dustin Garrett, Richie Rosen, Jerry Serrano, Larry Landusky, Baby Jade, Avery Guyear, Haley Simpson, Brandon Gwinn, Junior and Mickie Vasquez, Jason Fellers, Jeff Bailey, Michael Ray Corbin, Lesley Sawyer, Addie Bleu, Emily George and the Caldwell Collective Band with Devin Collins, Ross Raedeke, Tony Garcia, Mike Carraway, Mark Paden, Jacob Nalle, Don Caldwell, Terri Caldwell and many others are expected to offer performances.

There is also a Go Fund Me page established to help them get through the massive costs they are now incurring and loss of income due to Johannes’ being off work to recuperate form this massive surgery and followup treatments. Johannes is a gentle spirit but massive musical force. Please join the battle to support Johannes’ journey back to good health.
