As everyone knows, the entertainment world recently lost one of the brightest stars - and biggest personalities - with the loss of the incomparable Dolly Parton.  By anyone’s standard, her passing represents the passing of one of the most universally-loved artists of all time…measured right up there with her former RCA Records label-mate, Elvis Presley.  In remembrance, the Cactus Theater and our house band, Vibe LBK, pay homage to this icon with a very special tribute that takes listeners down the hit-filled path of her musical journey - from the earliest solo success through her most recent milestones.

You’ll hear the monster hits everyone would expect, of course, but we’ve going deeper into the massive catalog of her musical masterpieces - to the deep cuts that so many fans loved just as much as the chart-toppers.  Just a small sampling of the songs reveals the smash hits “Jolene”….”Here You Come Again”….the working woman’s anthem, “9 to 5”…and, of course, the monster duet with Kenny Rogers, “Islands In The Stream”.  But we’ll save the special surprises and the deep-cut chestnuts to surprise those in attendance.  But rest assured…this heartfelt show demonstrates the love and respect we all hold for Dolly.

Our incredible house band, Vibe LBK, will be fronted by several talented female vocalists…joining forces to honor the legendary entertainer that inspired them: longtime Cactus favorites Sheena Fadeyi and Kassidy King - joined by our newest regular, Janette Barcenas - and special guest Hannah Jackson.
